CONFIRMAR en todas sus partes el Auto del 5 de marzo de 2019, proferido por el Magistrado Luis Guillermo Guerrero Perez, que rechazo la demanda de inconstitucionalidad formulada por el ciudadano Jorge Augusto Escobar Porras, en contra de los articulos 175 y 294 de la Ley 906 de 2004, "Por la cual se expide el Codigo de Procedimiento Penal" e identificada con el expediente D-13058.
